Full recipe: Ingredients: 3 cups cooked TruRoots Organic Quinoa (cook using basic recipe provided) 1/2 can Chickpeas 1/2 cup finely diced bell peppers 1/2 cup diced queen olives 3 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese 1 small bunch parsley 3 tsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste Preparation: Cook Quinoa according to directions.
